1. Registration Process

• Registration for the program is free of charge and serves as an official expression of interest.

• After submitting the registration form, you will receive an email with the payment instructions to secure your place in the course.

• The registration is considered complete only after the registration fee has been received and confirmed by our administration.

2. Verification

• To ensure the authenticity of each registration, applicants are required to provide accurate contact information, including a valid phone number.

• Only after the verification process is completed will participants receive the official PDF program and confirmation of enrollment.

• Registrations submitted with incomplete or incorrect information may be disregarded.

3. Payments

• The registration fee and tuition payments must be made according to the deadlines indicated in the payment instructions.

• Failure to complete payments within the specified timeframe may result in loss of the reserved spot.

• All payments are non-refundable, except in cases of program cancellation by the organizer.

4. Tuition Options

• Participants may choose between:
  (a) Monthly payments (Registration Fee + 10 monthly installments), or
  (b) Full payment with a 10% discount.

• Detailed payment instructions will be provided by email after registration.

5. Course Access and Materials

• Access to the program and its educational materials will be granted only after full enrollment confirmation.

• The course materials are intended exclusively for personal study use by enrolled participants.

• Reproduction, distribution, or sharing of materials (in whole or in part) without written consent is strictly prohibited.

6. Certification Requirements

• To obtain Level 1 Certification, participants must:

  • attend the required lessons and complete all assigned coursework;

  • demonstrate functional vocal understanding and practical teaching competence during evaluations.

• Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of the program and all related requirements.

7. Program Modifications

• The organizer reserves the right to modify dates, schedules, or instructors in case of unforeseen circumstances, ensuring that the educational objectives remain unchanged.

• Any major change will be communicated promptly to participants.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

• Personal data collected through the registration form will be processed in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

• The data will be used exclusively for administrative and educational purposes related to the Vocal Coach Training Program.

• Participants may request access, modification, or deletion of their data at any time by writing to info@katialosito.com.

9. Code of Conduct

• Participants are expected to maintain a professional and respectful attitude throughout the program.

• Any behavior that disrupts the learning environment or disrespects instructors or peers may result in removal from the course without refund.
